01What will I receive?+
The agreed stage can produce a written route and deadline assessment, an evidence-gap checklist, a case-file request, a complaint or claim draft and representation. Specify included filings, hearings and response review. A later appeal or enforcement stage is not automatically included.
02What determines the fee?+
The number of acts, special legal regime, volume of evidence, missing file materials, translations, urgency and agreed agency or court stages affect the quote. Professional fees are agreed before work. Court charges, possible exemptions, experts, translations, appeal and enforcement costs are assessed separately; no fixed price is assumed.
03How long will it take?+
Preparation depends on the complete file, urgency, availability and agreed scope. Statutory complaint or court deadlines are separate from preparation and from the time needed for a decision. Ask for immediate deadline assessment; do not wait for a quote, extra records or negotiations to assume time has stopped.
04Does the new IDP cash procedure guarantee compensation?+
No. Order 47/n requires programme-history and household checks, monitoring and a decision. Application periods are set by the commission. The director's act, written refusal notice and delivery evidence help identify the appropriate challenge. This is internal displacement in Georgia, not an international asylum procedure; we do not promise intake availability, housing or payment.
05Is this the same as claiming damages from the state?+
No. Reversing an act, obtaining a new decision, requesting programme assistance and recovering proven loss involve different requirements. We identify the requested remedy and any additional claim. Consultation language, remote participation and representation arrangements are confirmed for the matter; website translations do not establish availability in every language.
