A foreign national can participate in forming a Georgian business, but the right structure depends on activity, partners, governance, regulation and money flows. Fast registration does not mean the business is fully operational.
LLC formation requires both NAPR formalities and clear design of shareholder, director and signatory authority. This is especially important in multi-owner and foreign-owned structures.
Georgian banks perform their own risk-based review under AML/CFT supervision. Company registration, a legal address or an investment does not guarantee account opening at any bank.
Foreign ownership alone does not determine the tax outcome. Company residence, source of income, place of activity, profit distributions, VAT, employees and related-party terms all matter.
Good review is not word-spotting. It converts the commercial objective into measurable obligations, allocates risk and tests whether the business can operationally perform the deal.
Effective recovery starts with simultaneous assessment of legal entitlement and commercial recoverability. A successful judgment may have little value if assets are absent or evidence was not preserved.
